On the shores of Lake Como

For the last day of our Italian trip we drove from Rome up to Lake Como. Situated at the foothills of the Alps, Lake Como is a stunningly beautiful resort area with crystal clear glacial waters, beautiful villas, and charming villages. We stayed in the small village of Lenno and took the ferry across to explore Bellagio and the magnificent Villa Carlotta.
This is one place that I definitely want to come back and spend more time in. There are so many nooks and crannies to explore and a perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s all just so magical.
As we were going to be traveling by boat, I thought it would be best not to wear a dress. So I once again relied on my trusty Doris pant to save the day. And I have to say, this was probably my favorite outfit of the trip. I really felt like a hollywood starlet ambling along the shores of Lake Como, shopping in Bellagio and meandering through the gardens at the Villa Carlotta.
